Rack Tunnel Dryer is a counter-current continuous drying chamber
that is, the drying car with green brick enters the chamber from the inlet and moves in the direction of the drying medium sent from the outlet of the drying chamber to generate a heat and humidity exchange.
The drying medium constantly heats the green brick to make it warm up and dehydrate.
The brick is pushed out of the drying chamber to complete the drying process after reaching the drying index.
Due to the use of reverse-flow and continuous drying, the temperature and humidity of the green brick and the drying medium in each section of the drying chamber change very little, and the whole drying process belongs to stable heat transfer, so the energy consumption of the tunnel drying chamber is low (The needed heat consumption is 3,600-4,000KJ
for the evaporation of 1kg water)
